Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of application

The following Terms and Conditions apply to orders placed via our online shop www.culinario-mortale.com (hereinafter referred to as the “web shop”).

The version of the Terms and Conditions in force at the time the order is placed shall apply to that order. The language of the contract is English.

Our web shop is aimed exclusively at consumers.

A consumer within the meaning of § 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or self-employed professional activity. A trader is a natural or legal person, or a partnership with legal capacity, who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their trade or business.

Via our web shop, Murder Mystery games can be purchased both as a physical product (“goods”) and as a single-use online version (so-called “digital content”). The single-use online version is made available to you by sending you an access code valid for the duration of one game cycle.
